I believe God made YOU on purpose and for a reason!

My desire is to help you find your God-given voice and message and take it to ANY stage with confidence.

I am Romanian born, Hungarian blooded (which according to my hubby means I have hot paprika running through my veins), Jesus lover, speaker, singer and author.

My hubby and I have been married for over 20 years. Together we have two littles, Natalie and James. Currently we live outside of Nashville, TN on 8 acres surrounded by trees, deers, the soothing sounds of nature and silence.

As a speaker, performing artist, certified John Maxwell coach,

and author I consider it an absolute honor that for the last 20 years of

my life I’ve been able to speak to and perform for thousands people around the globe.

While speaking on stage and performing can be a lot of fun that is not the reason why I show up for my calling.

One of the things I’m often asked is

"How & why did you get started in what you do today?"

The reason I’m excited and so honored to be able to serve through my gifts is YOU!

The beautiful and sometimes extremely difficult experiences in my life taught me that no matter who you are, or where you might be in life right now, you can persevere, you can overcome and your life MATTERS. Your voice and the message you want to share with the world are NEEDED.

Someone needs you to show up for them. Someone needs to hear what you have to say.

But I know from personal experience that’s easier said then done.

You see, for the first 30 years of my life I didn’t believe that. I didn’t believe my voice mattered.

"No matter who you are, or where you might be in life right now, you can persevere, you can overcome and your life MATTERS. Your voice and the message you want to share with the world are NEEDED."

You see, I was born in Romania and raised in Hungary under an extremely oppressive communist regime. Fearing for my life was a normal thing. When you are told on a regular basis that you are not to think, speak or act for yourself, it does something to you.

When you are living in a state of fear all the time, it messes with your head. Freedom is no longer a choice and it feels way out

of reach. You develop a mindset of “I’m a victim and

no longer in control of what happens to me or my life.”

While I wish I could tell you that me feeling unsafe was

lessened by the protection of a loving home however

that’s not the case either.

I was raised in a highly dysfunctional and abusive home

where phrases like “you are so stupid, "what is wrong with

you" or "you are never going to amount to anything” were thrown around like confetti. A home where explosive anger was a normal way of communication.

It is no surprise that by the time I entered my teenage years I was swallowed up by feelings of insecurity. I felt completely invisible, unwanted, paralyzed by fear and feeling as though the world would be better off without me.

At the age of 29 during a time that should’ve have been the happiest time of my life, I hit rock bottom.

I was battling major depression.

I found myself struggling just to make it through the day. I just gave birth to a beautiful little girl but on the inside, I was dying. My dream of having a child after 10 years of infertility has come true, but instead of happiness, I was feeling depressed, purposeless, angry and alone.

The effects of an abusive past that I so desperately was trying to hide from finally caught up with me. So much so that I was no longer able to function in society. It was around this time that I had a life-changing wake up call. During a dark season of struggling with thoughts of suicide I recognized that if I kept on living like this I would be swallowed up by the sink hole that was eroding my very being and not only that but I was going to take down with me those I loved most.

Something had to change.

You develop a mindset of “I’m a victim and

no longer in control of what happens to me or my life.”

MEET THE
 family

My family is my greatest joy and also my biggest why.

I want them to see that I've been faithful with what God has given me. I want to be a great example to them.

Around this time my sweet hubby introduced me to a book called “Be all you can be” by John C. Maxwell. I started reading it and I couldn’t put it down.

As the saying goes “the rest is history.”

I was introduced to the world of personal growth.

My thinking and outlook on life changed so drastically that my husband and friends kept telling me “I was a brand new person.”

Step by step I rediscovered myself and who God created me to be and I found my purpose and passion.

WHICH BRINGS ME TO YOU

I'm here to serve. My mission & company is built on a bedrock of love, a passion for what’s made possible through God, and a commitment to be an unstoppable force for courageous and purposeful living.

Through my free content, keynote messages, paid online training programs and anything else I might offer — my desire is to make a difference. To help you clarify your message, own your voice and take your message to the stage with confidence .

Whether you’re looking to develop your first or next keynote, learn how to present on stage with power or know how to book the stage, my team and I are here to help you reach your goal so you can bring beauty and inspiration to those around you.

Yes, life is though, friend but you are tougher.

In 2014 I became a certified John Maxwell mindset and leadership coach because I knew that moving forward I wanted to help women just like me to be able to overcome the fear of the stage in order to make the impact you are designed to make.

Since than I had spoken to thousands of people at hundreds of faith-based and corporate events across the United States and around the world. In that time, I’d had the pleasure of sharing the stage with other well-known inspirations, including Kelly Minter, Annie Lobert, Dan Miller, and spoken on topics ranging from women leading well to choosing faith over fear.

If you don’t take anything else from my story I want you to hear me on this!

Yes, life is though, friend but you are tougher.

No matter how hopeless you might feel in this very moment please know            that there is hope for a better tomorrow.

Know that your life matters. Your story matters. You voice matters.

        You can overcome!

Know that the struggles and heartaches you’ve faced in life made you who you are today. They made you stronger and more valuable. Don’t let your gut wrenching experiences go to waste. Use them to fuel your fire in making a positive impact in this world.

If you’ve read this far, thank you. I hope this is just the beginning of our relationship. And, I’d love to learn more about you. The best way to share that and stay connected is to make sure you become a CM Insider — just enter your name and email.

While we live in a digital age — I try to spend as much time offline as humanly possible. I’m not hyper active on social media, so if you want the inside scoop from me, our Insider’s list is where it’s at. Most of the time, you’ll only hear from me on Fridays; more if something is time-sensitive or important.
